Jo Hooper - Mad and Sad Club Founder - After two years, two breakdowns, three therapists, countless books, podcasts, pills and walks, Jo left her Head of Communications role and set up mad and sad club. With 11 years’ experience in comms, Jo now helps individuals and organisations to take action on mental health at work, using honest and human centred techniques. She also speaks and writes on mental health, as well as running the club as an online community on Instagram.

Jonny Say - MobFit's Mindfulness coach and The Mindfulness CircleFounder, Jonny has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for over 17 years. He utilises his experience of working in the corporate world and his passion and knowledge of mindfulness to provide practical workshops that really make a difference.

He began his training in traditional meditation and mindfulness practices in Zen, Vipassana, Yoga and Tai Chi before moving into Mindfulness and Compassion training. He has completed:

- Bangor Centre for Mindfulness Teacher Training

- Mindfulness teacher training with Shamash Alidina

- Compassion Focused Therapy training with Dr Paul Gilbert.

He is recognised on the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations UK listing.
