Our Personal Performance course is all about developing and growing your people on an individual basis, to ultimately benefit your business. Looking both at personal and professional development, former professional athlete Dan Jackson uses a unique system which covers 3 main areas:

PURPOSE - helping individuals work out what their personal philosophy, values, and story are. Although finding 'ones purpose' may seem daunting, Dan helps people explore and tease out the underlying principles that lead to them defining their own 'North Star'. Once you have this in place, acting and making decisions according to your true purpose becomes a lot clearer.

PLAN - grounded in taking action and creating a clear path to success, the planning session is aimed at establishing a clear set of aspirations and goals that are ultimately underpinned by small, yet fundamental, actions. Taking the old adage that action is the foundational key to all success, the planning session is focused on doing the little things right in order to achieve the big things.

PERFORM - Utilising tried and tested methods we start to help the group work through the common obstacles they encounter when working towards achieving their aspirations and living their purpose. The Perform session provides tools, techniques, and resources to help optimise performance and maintain balance.
