MINDFULNESS IN THE WORKPLACE
During the ‘Mindfulness in the Workplace’ workshop we will dive in to three simple, yet powerful, mindfulness practises. These can be implemented throughout the working day, even whilst at your desk.
There will be the opportunity to discuss managing thoughts and emotions in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. Participants will be sent a detailed follow up document with what we covered alongside further resources.
Mindfulness 6 Week Course
During the 6 week course participants will have the chance to dive deep in to many different useful mindfulness practices to equip them with a strong understanding of the techniques, along with necessary time to practise & discuss throughout the sessions.
Jonny has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for over 17 years. He began his training in traditional meditation and mindfulness practices in Zen, Vipassana, Yoga and Tai Chi before moving into Mindfulness and Compassion training.
He is recognised on the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations UK listing.
