You need 10 minutes max to make these beauties. You can also pre-prepare them and heat up in the microwave at work if you don't like eating first thing in the morning, and if you like making your co-workers jealous...

What you need:

  • Chocolate protein powder - 1.5 scoops (If you don't have any, I would recommend 'Total Protein' from¬†myprotein.com)*
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Banana
  • Half teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • Half teaspoon of cinnamon if you want

Blend (easier) or mash together all the ingredients.

Wack in the pan on medium heat either as 1 big pancake or a few smaller ones. Heat for for about 45 secs each side.

Wack in in your mouth with some fruit, honey, whatever you want. That's it. So good. Healthy ingredients and tastes like a treat.

*I like this protein because firstly it tastes good and mixes well, but also it has a number of different types of protein blended in, including whey, and casein, which means it mixes both fast and slow release proteins to spread out your protein absorption.
